While membership to MPI is
a requirement for all people cast in a Mariemont show,
you don't have to be cast in an MPI show to be a member
of MPI. We welcome anyone who wants to get involved
on any level, from ushers to set builders to production
running crews. Just as there are no small parts, there
are no small members [kill me now]. What you receive
from official membership to MPI is not just a list of
benefits, but a sense of belonging to a group of interesting
and creative people, plus enduring friendships based
on the art of play.
Benefits of membership also
include:
• Invitations to at least three MPI general
membership meetings each year (Christmas, spring cookout
and summer kickoff)
• Subscription to the Limelight Review, MPI's monthly
newsletter informing membership about current MPI shows,
upcoming auditions, future plans and events, plus other
community theater news
• Insurance coverage during your time working at MPI
